Who operates this site?

Optional analytics

If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, pages read, broad traffic sources, approximate location and device or browser information. Google receives technical information needed to process these visits and uses cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. We do not enable Google signals or advertising personalisation in our site tag.

We remove query strings and fragments from the page address supplied to Analytics and send only the referring site's origin. We do not send enquiry form entries to Analytics. Automatic form and outbound-link tracking are disabled.

Accept, decline or change your mind

Analytics is blocked until you accept. Declining does not restrict access to this site. Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future collection from this browser and removes this site's Analytics cookies; it does not automatically delete data previously collected.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_…) are configured to expire after 180 days without extending their expiry on each visit. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may prompt you again.

Service providers and international processing

Our hosting providers process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. If you enable Analytics, Google processes analytics information, potentially outside your country. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Contacting the desk

The contact form prepares a draft in your email application; it does not submit the form to our website server. If you send us an email, we use the information to respond and assess your enquiry. Please do not include confidential supplier information or customer personal details. We will ask separately before publicly quoting your reply or sharing identifiable details with another business. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent.
